Q: i have problem with my icloud log in and there is no way i can find answer in apple support the information provided is confusingl

i can not access my keychain as the numbers are posted by sms on my phone which i do not have with me. it says if you can not enter the code contact apple support. this is where i am stuck as i can not find the information anywhere in apple support an i am not Steve Jobs

You can only change the number once you are successfully in the Keychain. Get help using iCloud Keychain - Apple Support

In your case, if you cannot receive the verification code and you do not have another device already logged into iCloud Keychain that you can approve from, then you will need to choose the option that says forgot code. This will allow you to reset the keychain.
