Oct 6, 2015 8:25 AM in response to stevelau88by John Blanchard1,This is the same "rootless" problem seen here with the Xerox printers. You can disable rootless, which isn't recommended. Otherwise you'll need to wait for updated drivers from Xerox. But the typical troubleshooting steps won't help.
