Oct 6, 2015 4:16 PM in response to pippus82by Rysz,Cconfirm these two options are (still) turned on. Scroll the Share sheet colored icons, tap on the three-dot icon. I find that sometimes I have to turn on some functions repeatedly, before they "hold."

Oct 6, 2015 10:28 PM in response to pippus82by gonzalosiddig,I can activate the share option for "facebook" in (If Share options or Markup is missing after upgrading to OS X Yosemite or El Capitan - Apple Support) but after reboot is disabled again.
The strange thing is that neither could activate the social widget in Notification Center. With the method described above could, but disappears again after reboot.
It seems to be all part of the same problem right?
Any suggestion?

Oct 7, 2015 2:52 PM in response to pippus82by gonzalosiddig,After restarting several times the problem seems to be solved. I shut down the Mac last night and when I went to turn on this morning the social widget in the notification center as an option to share on Facebook were active. To be sure, I went back to restart the Mac and continued to be present. Hopefully well continue.

Oct 11, 2015 2:08 AM in response to gonzalosiddigby johnieboy73,Same problem - cannot select the tick box for Twitter / Facebook / LinkedIn in the share menu options. The tick just disappears. None of these apps are in my share options through safari / photos etc. Very annoying. Only happened since El Capitan.

Oct 11, 2015 7:28 PM in response to pippus82by gonzalosiddig,Yes. In my case it was as follows: at first the widgets were activated after the procedure. But after restarting the Mac, widgets disappeared again. After several restarts with the same lucky, at night I turned off the mac and the next morning the widgets were there, and I never had to do the procedure again.

Jan 31, 2016 6:35 AM in response to pippus82by FragBif,Sorry if I dig up this old thread but I've the same issue and the issue is there every time I restart the Mac. Did anybody found a permanent solution or did Apple address the bug? Just out of curiosity, does it happens to all the Macs equipped with El Capitan or just with older ones (I've it installed on a 2009 24" iMac)? Thanks for the help.
