Q: Hi,

I am attempting to connect my IPod Touch, version 1.1.5(4B1) to ITunes.

I get this error

ITunes cannot connect to IPod Touch.

An unknown error occurred (0xe8000003).

Any ideas on how to resolve this please.

To update
The Settings>General>Software Update comes with iOS 5 and later.

Hi lllaass,

Thank you for your response.
I have tried all of the above and have re-synced the IPod touch.
I now get the error Invalid response from the device.

As for updating my O.S
the Software Update tab is not available on my model, MA 623LL.

An invalid response was received from the device?
How do I resolve: iTunes could not connect to the iPad because an invalid response was received from the device.
I think you first have to resolve the invalid error. Yo might have to purchase the 3.1.3 update too.
