Q: Update iPhone 6S to iOS 9.0.2 and all vibrations stop working. Is this a normal bug?

I have just downgraded from 9.0.2 on my iPhone 6S to 9.0.1 and my vibration works again but on 9.0.2 there is no vibration at all for Ring and silent mode. (No vibration for texts, calls, Sir, etc.)

is this a bug?

will they fix it in another update (9.0.3 or 9.1??)

Reset all settings.Vibrate will work again upon restart. No media or data will be lost.

I had this same issue with the upgrade my iPhone 6S to 9.2.1. Resetting all settings solved the issue. Though it was a pain to have to reconfigure all my customizations.
