Oct 8, 2015 1:24 PM in response to ernestoacby ernestoac,I cannot pass the Apple logo, now it just stays at the grey screen without any progress bar, just a grey screen. Before that, the computer was stuck in a reboot loop.

Oct 8, 2015 1:28 PM in response to ernestoacby rkaufmann87,I suspect a hardware problem such as a crashing or crashed HD. Try to boot in the Recovery Partition (Command + R) and then open Disk Utility and verify the HD 2-3 times and after that run Repair Disk 2-3 times. If any errors appear after the 2-3rd time, that confirms the HD is damaged and must be replaced.

I guess that's our end, the recovery partition cannot start. I managed to select the Recovery Partition by pressing the Option key, but it just stays at an apple logo.
