To the best of my knowledge, there is no non-invasive way of testing that yet. Based on the size of meters I've seen, adding that to an Apple Watch would either require a significant increase in size or some significant change in technology.

Oct 12, 2015 5:37 AM in response to Meg St._Clairby CABean79,★HelpfulDexcom is a continuos glucose monitoring system and has a watch app that u can view in glances. Its very handy to check quickly on the watch since my lows come out of nowhere and I'm on the floor before I know it.
