Q: Iphone 6s Bluetooth is not detecting devices

I have brand new Iphone 6s and it is not showing any Bluetooth devices. its keep searching the device and never find any. I can find my iphone from other devices like laptop and other android phone but not able to see those device on iphone. As it is not showing any device, i am not able to connect it to my car bluetooth.

Do i need to do any setting to make it effect ? I installed latest update but no luck

Sorry, but the iPhone can't be connected to a computer via Bluetooth to transfer data. Only handsfree devices, headphones, speakers or wireless keyboards can be connected.
And not every car bluetooth system supports the iPhone.

supported bluetooth devices usually has to be put in pairing / discovery mode the manual of the bluetooth device in question should describe how

I tried to discover Iphone 6 and Iphone 5s, but my phone still in discovery mode. it is not able to detect the other iphone also. not sure why ?
but while drive i see it was able to detect the Nuvi GPS from some other car.
Also for FYI... i am able to connect to connect my sony laptop. but the detection was done from my laptop.
even my Samsung S4 detect my iphone but the iphone dont show any device....its keep in discovery mode.

this is the screenshot of Samsung and Iphone Bluetooth scan. i see samsung find the Iphone but my iphone is still in discovery mode.

but if i will try from samsung to pair iphone..i can able to ....but what i want it ...my iphone should discover the other bluetooth.

You're not going to be able to transfer any files from phone to phone anyhow.

Airdrop may help to share data between Apple devices, check this article:
Share content with AirDrop from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

As already mentioned, transferring files, using Bluethooth between other mobile phones or computers is not supported by the iOS.

Actually i have to connect my car bluetooth to iphone so that i can talk while driving. but i cant see my handsfree device on iphone.
