Oct 11, 2015 3:28 AM in response to bobseufertby Robin G Harris,HI thanks for this but she cannot access the password has been disabled and just shows the 6 figure passcode pad and she doesn't have a 6 figure number so I think we will have to reset the whole iPad and start again all because she at 85 got confused with the download from iOS !!!

Oct 11, 2015 7:23 AM in response to Robin G Harrisby bobseufert,You're welcome. You're correct you need to start over. I added a lnk to Apple's paper below. When setting it up why not go for no passcode ? . If your friend just uses her iPad at home a passcode is a needleess headache.

Oct 11, 2015 8:33 AM in response to Robin G Harrisby Briansyddall,Hi
Connect to pc running the latest itunes to restore .
When she has to pick a new password ask her to use her date of birth
Like month& year 101930
When she has got it set back up where it says passcode you can
Tun this off if that would make is better for her.
Cheers
