Q: SAFARI Problem

Update 9.0.2 messed up my SAFARI, since i updated it, i can't open my SAFARI even how many times i have to do it. If im lucky enough to open it after so many attempt, it takes 2-4 minutes to open the browsing option. I hope APPLE's next update could make it work.

Safari works fine for me and everyone I know using an iPhone.
What troubleshooting have you tried?
