Q: System refuse to come up

It would be helpful if you indicated the EXACT MBP that you have and the current OSX.

What operating system (OSX) do you have installed?

Do you have a backup?

Boot the MBP into the Internet recovery (OPTION + COMMAND + R) keys.

This should result in a display with a spinning globe.

By following the directions, you can install the original OSX on to your MBP.

A solid Internet connection will be required.

first shutdown and hold command + option + R keys then press the power button and yeah there is no need to press the '+' button,then follow the steps as given in above
