Check that you still have:
- United States or United Kingdom as your selected region (Settings > General > Language & Region - Region).
- Touch ID and/or passcode on your iPhone (Settings > Touch ID & Passcode).
- An Apple ID signed in to iCloud (Settings > iCloud).

You may also wish to update your iPhone to iOS 9.1, which was released yesterday:
