Q: After turning off computer now wont restart, initialising bar comes up then cuts off. Now cant use it.

After having switched off computer now won't restart at all, initialises then goes off. Set up was fine and restarted after standby, now can't use computer at all. Not happy.

Have you tried these things: Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck - Apple Support
