Q: Safair is locked with a note from http://www.applepress.info.  How do I clear this?

I just had a similar pop-up while using my Flipboard app. I clicked the "OK" which took me to another screen asking me to answer a multiple choice question. I was able to close out of it without selecting an answer. Have I left myself vulnerable to something? If so. what can I do to correct it?
