Oct 13, 2015 3:24 PM in response to Pvikby Clari0n,This type of problem is exactly the sort of reason I've been hesitant to invest in cloud-based services like this. I've always preferred buying my own own music to something like Spotify, but when Apple Music came out, I thought I'd give it a shot because it seemed to integrated and seamless. Now, however, I find myself completely unable to access any of the music that I've added to my library in iTunes on my Mac through Apple Music because I hadn't bothered to make them available offline.
Sure this is temporary, and it's really a first-world problem to complain about not having access to a nearly unlimited library of music for a few hours or whatnot, but it realizes my fears about the service and makes me think twice about keeping it once the trial ends.
I think what makes this worse, though, is ironically that it IS so integrated. If I subscribed to Spotify and it went down for a while, it would be entirely clear to me which things I could and couldn't play. I just wouldn't bother opening Spotify until it was fixed. I'd to open iTunes or the Music app on my phone and play the local content. Instead, I'm greeted with cloud icons on my Mac, or grayed out items on my phone.

Oct 13, 2015 3:51 PM in response to Clari0nby Kaishowing,It's happening to me as well...MacBook Pro running El Capitan 10.11. For some reason though, my iPhone can still access previously 'added' music to the My Music library, but any new tracks that I've added will show up, but playback is shocking for the stops and starts.
Hope this is fixed soon or that'll be a Direct Debit swiftly cancelled!

Oct 13, 2015 4:48 PM in response to LETS DO COKEby vlad.isan,I am having the same issue on Mac. Seems to be somewhat resolved as I could at least download the songs now which can be played OK - with a couple of hiccups though, but it's an improvement
"Good" thing is that it seems to be an issue on Apple's side, which will get fixed.

Oct 13, 2015 4:48 PM in response to LETS DO COKEby AVNeerdyJock,i followed on of the post to removed iCloud Music Library and then saved the preferences and quite the app.
Once i had that done and then re-enabled it again everything is working with out any issues. I'm not sure if this a software flaw there it saves something to a config file but triggering the temporary change fix's the issue for me.
I am using the following platform
Mac, OS X EL Capitan Version 10.11. Mac BookPro Early 2015.
iTunes Version 12.3.0.44

Oct 13, 2015 5:00 PM in response to AVNeerdyJockby samhaque,This works but not for everyone, not if Apple is having problem. Which was the case for me months ago. Just be patient peoples, you know they will solve this. It's not one of those problems that they can ignore.

Oct 13, 2015 5:29 PM in response to LadyRose2001by Kaishowing,The issue seems to have resolved itself for me....what I don't like is not knowing 100% where the error was, therefore expecting it to pop up again anytime.
It does appear to be an issue on the supply side rather than delivery, but after looking around it's something that's been bothering users for quite a few months now, so they should really have had this issue fixed! -
Oct 13, 2015 7:18 PM in response to LETS DO COKEby bradydemyon,I turned off my iCloud Library from my iPhone and then turned it back on, and it started working on my iTunes all of a sudden. Weird glitch that was refreshed when I turned it on and off again.

Sep 13, 2016 2:48 PM in response to LETS DO COKEby kevinasturm,Not sure if you guys figured it out! But I did.. for windows 10
You have to make a new rule under your Window's Firewall.
>Open your Control Panel
>Click System and Security
>Click Windows FIrewall
>Near the left, Click Advanced Settings
>Click Inbound Rules
>Near the right, Click New Rule...
>Select Port
>IMPORTANT! Only select Specific Local Ports: Type 443
>Allow the connection
>Select Domain, Private & Public
>Name it and click finish.
It should now work. It worked for me.. I found a video on how to do this on youtube.
