Jan 30, 2016 5:39 PM in response to mario49by nicholasfromclermont,If I understand the question accurately, the OP is having the same problem as I have. PHOTOS is not showing up in extensions and therefore cannot be checked. The linked article does not address that issue.

May 14, 2016 9:50 AM in response to Harsha Masterby nicholasfromclermont,Try this:
To enable Photos extensions
Once you’ve installed an extension you must enable it. Launch System Preferences>Extensions, select Photos and you may then click the check boxes to enable those you hope to use (they’ll be made available in the Extensions control of Photos).

Nope, I'm not able to see any extensions listed in System Preferences > Extensions ..
I tried installing multiple Photo Edit Extensions (Filters for Photos, External Editors for Photos, Affinity Photo (&Beta version) ). None of these are visible in System Preferences > Extensions.
I have other third party extensions visible in "Share Menu", but for Photos it is "Not Enabled"

May 14, 2016 1:41 PM in response to Harsha Masterby nicholasfromclermont,I had a similar problem when I initially tried to install the Macphun Creative Kit. I finally rebooted and tried again. Lo and behold there they were. All I had to do was so I checked the box next to each one. I then opened Photos and when you open a photo and click Edit, Extensions is listed at the bottom. Click it to access the extensions. Good luck. If it still fails, contact the software developer to see if they have had similar problems. They might have a work around.
Let me know how it works out.
Nick
