Q: My iPod was stolen and thief disabled all iCloud features

I need help. I tried going to iCloud.com and tried to disable my iPod was it wasn't showing. Only my iPhone was showing. Is there a way to somehow force logout all devices? I just don't want the thief to have the power to login with my Apple ID. I already changed the Apple ID password and email address but I don't know if that will help. I don't care of anything else like pictures (I don't take pics) and contacts (I don't have contacts). I just don't want the thief to have my login. I also don't want the thief going on the app store while using my apple id. Thanks in advance!
