Q: iPad air.. pop up in my safari that stays there and i am unable to use my safari. I know it is a scam. asking me to call ios tech support in the number provided..or asking me to go to media-supportonline.com. how do i remove it.

i am using an iPad air. How can I remove a pop up. i know it is a scam asking me to call a number or go to media-suport.com. I cannot use my Safari.

Don't fall for that scam.
Double tap Home button and swipe Safari up to delete from multitask list.
Then in Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.
