Q: i phone 6s plus air drop and blue tooth not working

my mbp late 2014 with elcapitan 10.11.0 and iPhone with iOS 9.0.2 are not connecting winter by air drop or blue tooth

apple senior advisors unable to solve three sessions each more than 90 minutes on the phone!!!

total waste of time!!

such two very costly devices unable to do this simple thing!!!

my daughter's simple samsung phone worth £9 able to connect MBP and send files

she is laughing at costly map and iPhone 6s plus!!!

Shame apple!!1

You can only connect two Apple device via Bluetooth for tethering. Share your Internet connection with Personal Hotspot - Apple Support

i am not able to airdrop anything between my iPhone and macbook pro.

Today when i tried at vodafone phone shop i was able to airdrop from my
iPhone 6s plus 9.0.2 to another iPhone 6 s plus 9.0.2 and vice versa was ok.
Another thing i tried to airdrop A PHOTO from Macbook pro EL CAPITAN 11.1 in PC world computer
to my iPhone , but I WAS NOT ABLE TO SEND ANYTHING like photos FROM MY I PHONE TO That MAC BOOK.
at that store

This is what happening at home my mac book not seeing the i phone in airdrop window and i phone not
seeing the macbook in its airdrop window. i would value your help in this regard.

Any help would be very much appreciates.
