Q: How do I get rid of this problem?

In doing a search for some Aperture information regarding the transfer to another software I hit a site and it locked on to it.
I forced quit and restarted and it went away.

However
Every time I log onto Safari the following pops up, of course I hit deny and it pops up again.
Does anyone know who they are and how I can remove them permanently, the danger is always in hitting the wrong button by accident when in a rush.
