Q: what is the reason of touch screen unresponsive on i phone 6 ? i think its a software issue

touch screen doesn't respond

i already solved the problem by force restart and it worked fine

but this is the second time

what is software problem because the hardware is fine ?

iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.2, null
