Q: Siri can not find contacts

When I ask Siri to call some contacts, she reports that she can not find the contact.  However when making the same request on my iPhone it works.

Also when I raise my wrist and say "Hi Siri" I get no response.  Pressing and hold the crown does work.

iPhone 6, iOS 9

    Hi Jim

    Try this:

On your iPhone, go to: Settings > General > Siri - disable, pause for a few moments and then re-enable Siri.

Check also on the same screen that Hey Siri is enabled (note: the phrase to use is "hey Siri", not "hi Siri").

If that does not immediately help, try also restarting both devices afterwards. Turn both devices off, then restart your iPhone first. To turn off / restart your watch: press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; drag it to turn off. When ready to turn back on, press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
