Q: How to find Photos extensions in the Mac App Store?

In the Photos app editing section is option with extensions. Where to download this extensions? Article told about App Store, but there is not obvious was how to find it there.

    That is correct - the ones that do mention it in the description - search for "extensions"

     

    I believe there are currently 5 applications  that have extensions

    I serched for "photos extension" in the App Store, found 5 apps, but only one has in it's description mentioned Photos app extension. I just did not sure if there is really only one app.

    Which sounds like what you found

     

    To use them you have to purchase from the App Store

    I just did not sure if there is really only one app.

    I have currently these apps with photo editing extensions installed:

    In addition to these apps, there is also Tonality for Black-and-White editing.

     

    Be aware, that applications will only offer a limited subset of their full functionality in the extensions. For example Pixelmator will only support distortions as an app extension. Affinity Photos makes the retouching subset available as an extension. Search for MacPhun software.  MacPhun offers very versatile extensions.
