Check sites like eBay to see what similar models are selling for.

It seems like all the iPad mini with 16 gb mostly cost more than 200$

Would it be reasonable to sell my iPad for 220$

SSearch for your iPad model on eBay. Do an advanced search and select "Completed Auctions". You'll get a list of all auctions that have ended and whether the item sold or not. Look through the items that sold to see the final prices. That will give you a good feeling for how much your iPad is worth.

Again, look at what other similar devices are selling for and set your price accordingly. If someone is willing to pay a price for which you're willing to part with your possession, the price is reasonable.

When selling something used, there are two different prices, the price you are asking, which is what you would like to get for the item, and then the selling price, which is a combination of what someone is willing to pay for the item, and what are you are willing to let the item go for. So, what you need to do is start with your desired price, the asking price. Advertise the item for that and then determine what is the lowest price you will let the item go for should you not get any bids or offers at the asking price.

As far as the price, that is up to you. You are the only one that decides how high or low you want to sell the item for. As far as an account with eBay, etc., you will have to determine how you want to do that, and whether classified ads in your local newspaper work, or if Craig's List works in your area as well. There are any number of methods to selling electronics, and it does not have to include auction sites such as eBay. You can also check with friends at work, school, etc. See where others are looking and what they are willing to pay.
