On the Mac: Apple menu > System Preferences > iCloud > Notes
Be aware of a potential problem if your iPhone or iPad are running iOS 9 and you have upgraded to the new Notes features but your Mac is not running El Capitan (OS X 10.11). See: Before you upgrade your notes - Apple Support
