Oct 19, 2015 6:33 PM in response to AmishCakeby jhanber,Doesn't help. I've tried all of those things already, twice. I'm beginning to think that it is because I have the latest OS version that this problem is happening.

If it was the iOS to blame, millions and millions would be having similar issues. It would be the lead international news story.
YOU have an issue with YOUR phone. If you've tried the steps recommended and your problem persists, then you'll need to bring your phone to Apple for evaluation.

Oct 19, 2015 9:19 PM in response to jhanberby bryan.vance,You should try resetting all contents and settings and restoring as new to see if the issue is resolved. If it isn't you know it's hardware related. If it's under a year and free of liquid and it hasnt been repaired by a 3rd party then you can get a replacement. If it's over a year then it'll be 299 out of pocket. everyone has the opportunity to purchase AppleCare .
