If you are using one spinning drive for everything, your Mac will be severely limited in what you can accomplish.
Before you replace your processor, use Activity Monitor to make certain your "CPU load" is completely used up, and you have no time spent in "Idle".

I was thinking if I will buy a verry good video card will resolve my problem. But is not enough I really need a better procesor.

With 5,1 firmware in place, you should be able to use a fast 6-core processor of the correct type, and that is by far the cheapest way to get better performance if you really are CPU-limited.
