Q: Hi if I purchased any application by mistake how I can cancel the purchase and how I can get refund back?

hello while purchasing app by mistaken I purchased same app twice how I can cancel one purchase and get refund back as there is twice deduct took place.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.0.2

    That is generally not possible. Once an app has been purchased, the price button changes to the download wheel while its downloading, and then to an "open" button once its done. There's no way to press the buy price button twice.

     

    You can go to http://reportaproblem.apple.com to check your most recent purchases, and as the link suggests report a problem with them.

     

     

    If you were indeed charged twice for the same App, you can try to contact iTunes Billing:

    Click on Get Account Support, and then on iTunes Store Account Billing

     

    Follow the prompts to set up a contact method.
