If you bought the product in the U.S. directly from Apple (not from a reseller), you have 14 days from the date of delivery in which to exchange or return it for a refund. In other countries, the return policy may be different. If you bought from a reseller, its return policy applies.

I'm not sure its the wifi though and more to do with Safari. i say that because if i restart the macbook the web pages work properly and load quickly as expected. i hope i haven't got a virus. i am running Trusteer on safari and endpoint on the machine and nothing has shown up so I'm a bit miffed as to what the problem could be.
