Q: ipod touch screen not responding

Hi there,

 

My son's IPod touch is not responding when I tried to slide the unlock button or even when touching any function on the screen.

 

Any help pls?

    Try the standard fixes to rule out a sottware problem.

    - Reset. Nothing is lost

    Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

    - Restore from backup

    - Restore to factory default/nre iPod. If still problem, time for an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.
