Can anyone confirm from experience?
I am still confused as I've read online that some apple software causes the phone to automatically lock to a new provider after having been unlocked from the original carrier? Is that a rumour?

Can anyone also confirm that when I switch from the USA sim back to my Tesco sim - will I have to connect to iTunes and back-up and restore etc? Or just pop the sim in a it will sort itself out?
