Q: Can't get rid of OS X El Capitan 10.11 installer in App Store

I'm already installed OS X El Capitan 10.11 on my MCBP 15" MGXC2, but App Store still offers me to download and install it again

How to get rid of this update item?

same question and my iCloud isn't working although i KNOW the password used is correct !

Of course I used this option and removed OS X El Capitan from list of updates
It's supposed that software should be smart enough to not show updates which already installed.

But the "Featured" page still contains a huge banner with OS X El Capitan and "Best New App & Games" list still contains OS X El Capitan with "Download" button. And I can't hide it anyway.
