    Windows 10, Outlook.

I've seen an update to iOS9.1, and recent update of iTunes 12.3.1.23

I installed, to see that something has been solved on Notes sync.

    And yes, they solved it...

Now they don't even try to sync Notes...so, problem solved (for them, not for users...).

It is true the problems of the notes were finished, now the posibildad does not exist already every time we go to worse.

I upgraded to iOS 9.1 and iTune 12.3.1.23.  The error message does disappear.  However, Apple does not solve the problem from the root.  They just remove the Notes Sync function with Outlook Notes from iTune.  I strongly agree with pepeidolioquintanilla that they solve the problem for them but not for users.

We should strongly request Apple to put back the Notes Sync function with Outlook notes in iTune and iOS 9.

Thank you Fersanin, this helped definitely. Now eventhough I don't have the synch notes in the itunes it synchs my notes with outlook and I don't get the error message during synch'ing. And I deleted the duplicates as well while moving the notes to the backup folder and there are no duplicates after synching either

Hi KEREMORAK, can you really sync the notes with Outlook Notes in your PC with iTune?  Can you tell me how you do this? Now, my iTuen does not sync the Outlook Notes at all.  Do you need to delete all the notes on iPhone first?  Do you also need to delete all the Notes in Outlook?

    hello phy_tsui,
first things first: I had already the notes synchronization checked in the previous version of itunes which managed the synch between outlook and my phone.
after ios9.1 is upgraded my notes in my phone but this caused for my notes to be duplicated in outlook and in my phone and later on the synch error started.
And obviously with the new itunes version the notes synchronization option has disappeared.

what I have done is as follows:

In outlook, I copied all of my notes to a new folder under a new pst file, lets call it the backup folder. In this new folder I have also deleted the duplicates.
Then I deleted all the notes in my phone and and in the original outlook folder. I synch the phone -> no errors.

later on I copied all the notes from the backup folder to the original notes folder in outlook. Synched again and all the notes were in my phone without any error in itunes.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi, KEREMORAK,

Opps!  You are not using the latest version of iTuen.  I can't roll back to previous versions of iTune now.  I hope your solution will still work.

    Regards,

    Paul

    Hi KEREMORAK,

After having upgraded the iTune, did you try to delete all the notes in Outlook and iPhone and then copy back the notes in Outlook and sync again?

    Regards,

    Paul

    Hello Paul,

now I am afraid to do that as I fear that my notes in the iPhone will not return if I delete them all. What do you suggest?

    Regards;

    Hi KEREMORAK,

I am also fear of this.  Having a outdated notes is better than nothing.  Please do request to put back the notes synchronization function in iTune in Apple Feedback pages.  Apple Support Consultant told me many changes respond to that.

    Regards,

    Paul
