There is no stated limit on the number of alarms. You may also find a dedicated medications management app helpful. The following apps, for example, include Apple Watch app for iPhone:
Medisafe Medication Reminder and Pill Organizer

UK: https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/medisafe-medication-reminder/id573916946?mt=8
Pill Alert – Medication, Prescription Reminder and Tracker

Oct 21, 2015 4:08 PM in response to Jonathan UKby Jackuse,I have been using "Pill Organizer" successfully on iPhone 6+. But will check out the links you kindly provided...
Anticipating the haptic feature would avoid disrupting my wife's sleep.
Thanks!

When considering apps, keep in mind that Apple only recently enabled third-party developers to:
- Create native apps for Apple Watch and;
- Access watch hardware features including the Taptic engine.
You may therefore see existing and/or new apps take advantage of these additional capabilities over time.

Oct 21, 2015 4:54 PM in response to Jonathan UKby Jackuse,FInished entries in Pill Alert. Certain features surpassed those in the app I had been using. It proved more useful/more complete for me, esp the Refill notice. Thanks again ;-)
