Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your storage upgrade through iCloud. While I see that you have tried at least one important troubleshooting step, you may want to follow some further troubleshooting steps regarding this issue in the article below:
Restart your device
After you sign in to iCloud with the correct Apple ID and review your billing information, you can try these steps to change your storage plan:
- Leave Settings, and then turn your device off and back on.
- Sign out of iCloud in Settings > iCloud, and then turn your device off and back on.
- Sign back in to iCloud.
If you still need help, you can back up your device with iTunes and restore it to factory settings.

Oct 22, 2015 8:00 AM in response to braden85by ambilobe,Yo tengo exactamente el mismo problema. Compré el servicio de los 50GB y me sigue apareciendo que tengo solo 5GB. Además de no poder usarlos, me cobraron el doble de lo indicado. He hecho todo lo que has dicho y sigue sin modificarse.

I have done everything you have said but it doesn't work. What I have to do?
