Q: How can I accept changes iTunes Terms and Conditions?

Apple app store has informed me of updates for some apps on my ipad. When I touch to update button, a box appears with the heading iTunes Terms & Conditions Have Changed. Before you can proceed you must read & accept the new Terms & Conditions with two buttons: Cancel and OK.

I clicked on OK and then a box appears with the heading Terms and Conditions and Apple Prvacy Policy have changed. At the bottom of this box I am instructed to read and agree to these terms and conditions. No button is provided. Instead I am asked for my email and the extended long play version is sent to my emial. The email itself does again not provide a way for me to agree to these changes terms and conditions.

If there is something else I need to do, then kindly inform me.

This is unworthy of Apple.

Get it sorted.

Wow, I am boggled as to how hard it was for me to get this to work and amazed at how simple the problem actually was. Apple.... shame on you for this oversight! I have seen a TON of other users with the same problem.

Here's how I was able to resolve it on my MacBook Air 13" (and I think the fact it is 13" inch is an important part of the problem! I would guess that on an iPad, the problem would occur in landscape mode, but not portrait... but that is just specution)

Here's what I found.... I would click OK and get the terms presented to me. I would scroll to the bottom, but I was using the scroll bar on the side of the terms & conditions frame to do so. At the bottom of my window was a checkbox for "I have read and agree to the terms." I would check that box and nothing would happen, and there was no "submit" or "OK" to press to register it.

As it turns out, the whole Terms & Conditions screen was a web page longer than what was showing, but there was no scroll bar on the side. The resoltion? Simple... scroll down further by using my 2 fingers to scroll on my trackpad. After the frame inside scrolled to the bottom of the term & conditions, the whole page scrolled down another inch or so (estimated 200 pixels) and voila! There it was... the bottom to click OK and proceed!

    Hope this helps!

Same thing happened here. I've experience also difficulties downloading apps in apple store. Everytime  i tap the apps it appears Terms and Conditions and Apple Privacy Policy have changed.  What i did is  I tap the apps to download and then it appears "Terms and Conditions and Apple Privacy Policy have changed" you can see "send by email". All you have to do is click "send by email" after that there is a confirmation pop up on screen "terms and conditions was successfully sent to your e-mail. Then click "agree" and there you go, it will proceed to download the apps.
