Oct 20, 2015 7:44 PM in response to jkrattigerby sabeenfromscottsdale, same issue here. was able to get it verified a few weeks ago just fine but was setting up a surface pro 3 that I decided to do a reinstall on tonight and no luck on this. I thought maybe uninstalling office 2016 for which its not compatible with would work but it did not which is a bummer as it takes forever to get outlook 2016 setup right with multiple emails these days.

Oct 20, 2015 8:24 PM in response to jkrattigerby sabeenfromscottsdale, the work around is to either
1. run the compatibity wizard on the icloud app and then select recommended settings, it'll say its gonna run in windows 8 mode then you logon and it should work. this actually did not work for me...
2. turn off two step verification on your icloud account, then login on the app, get it setup, turn back two step on...this one worked for me
