Q: Does iOS 9.1 fix the Backup to iCloud problems?

MMany threads since iOS 9 have mentioned glitches re backups to iCloud. Has iOS 9.1 fixed the backup to iCloud problems? I would like to know prior to updating to 9.1. I also suspect this might have some relation to the endless reboot loop that the iPad goes into some times when plugged in and screen locked. Because this might all be related to automatic backup? ? ?

         • Resolves an issue that could cause an incorrect unread mail count for POP mail accounts
         • Fixes an issue that prevented users from removing recent contacts from new mail or messages
         • Fixes an issue that caused some messages to not appear in Mail search results
         • Resolves an issue that left a gray bar in the body of an Audio Message
         • Fixes an issue that caused activation errors on some carriers
         • Fixes an issue that prevented some apps from updating from the App Store

    Thank you for your almost instant feedback. I am aware that there is no mention of the iCloud backup issues in the release notes for 9.1 but I am still hoping that it might have been an unmentioned fix?  Sometimes Apple will not publicly admit to some bugs and will quietly go about fixing them in new updates and I hope this is the case with this back up problem. Unfortunately Apple does not monitor the community forums  on a guaranteed basis and I find it difficult to inform Apple of some of these hopes  without starting and possibly paying for back up support. Are there any other users who have experienced this problem and perhaps know whether 9.1 has fixed it?
