    Repair Disk from Recovery partition.

"To start your computer from Recovery, restart your Mac and hold down the Command and R keys at startup.

Hold these keys until the Apple logo appears. After your computer finishes starting up, you should see a desktop with an OS X menu bar and an OS X Utilities window.

Open Disk Utility from the window.

In the Disk Utility window, select your startup disk (usually named "Macintosh HD") from the left side of the window."

    1. Click the First Aid tab.
    2. Click the Run button to repair any issues with your startup disk.
    3. After your disk is successfully repaired, quit Disk Utility.
    4. Click the Apple menu and choose Startup Disk. Select your startup disk, then click Restart.
