Q: how can I retrieve photos from my stolen phone when they weren't backed up

My phone ggot stolen and I lost all my photos with it because they weren't backed up. On my new phone, I opened my photos and my old photos were there for a millisecond then disappeared. Is there any hope of getting my photos back?

Photos can only be restored from a backup
