Q: I can't restore my iPhone because my Find My iPhone app needs to be turned off but I'm locked out- help!

I accidentally locked myself out of my phone- I changed my password and I can't remember what I changed it to. Now its disabled- I connected it to iTunes and tried to restore it but it told me to go to my iCloud settings in my iPhone and turn off my Find My iPhone before restoring. Im locked out- so I obviously can't do that- what do I do?
