Q: I don't find Numbers on my new Macbook Pro

I have buy a new MacBook Pro.

I thought that Numbers, Pages and Keynote are integrated apps but i does not find it.

Must i buy this apps seperate?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)

You must "Accept" them in the App Store using your Apple ID. They are free with a brand new computer.

Accept bundled apps using the Mac App Store - Apple Support

i have tried to do that but in the App Store i don't find that.

I'm sorry but I don't speak German. I would try contacting AppleCare for this.

Perhaps the computer is registered to a different Apple ID? Did someone else buy the computer?
They apps will only appear for the Apple ID you provided when you purchased the computer I believe.

Nachdem der Computer neu ist, gehen Sie doch einfach ins nächste Apple Geschäft und fragen dort (oder Sie können auch Apple anrufen).
