Need to know what is going on after a year of it working fine. I hear them clear but they can't hear me speaking back.
Well how would we users here know what's going on? We have no access to either your phone or your ca

Your phone pair just fine.
You can hear the other person but they cannot hear you.
When a phone is connected to a car or any bluetooth accessory then the mic in the car/headset is responsible for the speech on your end.
Have you tried your phone with a different bluettoth device like a headset?

Oct 25, 2015 5:59 PM in response to gdgmacguyby kathleen117,Thank you for responding. I was just stating that I need to figure out what's going on. I use my blue tooth because handheld devices are against the law when driving and I am just frustrated because it worked fine then suddenly now it doesn't. I noticed it after I did the IOS 9 update. I don't know if it had anything to do with it but thought it was coincidence. Amongst other IOS 9 issues I have been having. As for the troubleshooting steps, I didn't want to do much until I saw if someone had the same issue. I did turn off my Bluetooth via my settings and turned it back on but that didn't help. its definitely discovering it and pairing my device because I can listen to my music through it, and I receive calls and hear the other person but they can't hear me. All my contacts show up when someone calls so I think pairing is fine. I had my phone last week in at the Genius bar and they checked my microphone (a different issue) and said the mic on my phone was ok. So I am not sure if its my radio's Bluetooth mic or what it is. I appreciate your help. I know its aggravating.
