Q: iPhone 5s problem

I had my iPhone 5 last November 20 2014. I'm still using it however, something appeared on the screen and i do not like it. Some black dots and barred lines appeared and it's now 2 months but since it happened, and not disappearing. I bought it in Malaysia, but I am now living in the Philippines. Can I use my warranty card here in the Philippines to have it diagnose or repaired or changed for free? I love my baby(my iPhone 5s) and i cant afford to loose it.
