Oct 26, 2015 10:52 AM in response to normajeanfromwillowbrookby TravisG406,Ok, I figured out my issue. Find your iTunes shortcut and right click. Choose properties. Make it run in compatibility mode for Windows 7. Check the box to run as an administrator.
