Sep 11, 2013 7:15 AM in response to pfudieby coolbrian,You will need to put the iPhone in recovery mode. Switch it off and hold the home button while your connecting your cable to the PC.
This will wipe everything off the iPhone though, including photos, contacts, messages. No way around it once it has been disabled.
