Q: How do I edit iCloud Calendar in Outlook

I have recently updated my windows machine to Windows 10 and my outlook will no longer allow me to show my iCloud subscribed calendar. It states, "The set of folders cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened." Outside of bad sentence structure, the dialog box basically tells me that I can't open my shared iCloud calendar within Outlook 2013. Do I reinstall the iCloud control panel or is there something else I should do? I don't want to go back-and-forth between my Outlook Calendars and a web based iCould calendar. I want to have full editing capabilities of the iCloud calendar within Outlook.
