Check your installed version against this master list, which has 'live' download links that can be applied if needed:

What says it is not installed?

Oct 28, 2015 9:25 AM in response to lllaassby SWClose,Thunderbolt Firmware update 1.2. When I boot up my MacBook Pro it come up with a warning message that the update wasn't installed. Also under the System Report the Thunderbolt Firmware version is supposed to be 26.x and it's still 25.1
