Oct 28, 2015 12:51 PM in response to pjkolby PAHU,The last scanner driver that Canon released for the MP620 was for OS X 10.9. There is a chance that these drivers will install and function on 10.11 but I don't have access to an MP620 to test this. So if you want to try this suggestion then here is a link to the ICA scanner driver, which you need to scan from Image Capture. Alternately, you can scan using Canon's MP Navigator scanning application which requires you to install the MP620 scanner driver.

The drivers are universal. The major difference in the past was that drivers for the US market were set to Letter while Europe and Asia/Pacific were set to A4.
So what part does not work? Are you able to install the drivers and software?

Oct 28, 2015 1:45 PM in response to pjkolby Old Toad,If all else fails you might give this a try: Get more out of your Canon MP620 scanner by downloading VueScan

Oct 28, 2015 1:47 PM in response to PAHUby pjkol,Yes, the drivers and software were installed successfully. I do not get any response when scan mode is selected. Meaning I go through the process of selecting Scan Data to PC, USB connection, Auto Detect, then press start and it prepares to scan then nothing happens and goes back to push to start.
