Q: Problems with iCloud Account. Phone's locked

Hi,

 

My phone requires iCloud account user name and password after I reset the phone.

The problem is, the account on the phone was not activated. I try to using forgot password method then find out that the email I provide before wasn't exactly my email.

 

The email I used to create iCloud account is ******@yahoo.com, but my exactly email is ******@yahoo.com.vn . So the reset password email could never be sent to my inbox although when I log in to yahoo, I can use both of these email, with and without an extension .vn. It's the same account.

 

Now I can not use my phone anymore. Is there any way to fix this problems?

 

Is it impossible to ask apple to send to active link or reset password link to the right email?

 

 

I'm using iphone5s. IOS9
